At Buttle UK, we strive to surpass your expectations in everything that we do. After all, your support enables us to change the lives of children and young people living in crisis across the UK. 

However, if you feel that we haven't met the high standards you should expect then we would like to hear from you so that we can put measures in place to prevent it from happening again. 

We are always grateful to those who take the time to get in touch to share concerns, problems or worries. We take feedback seriously in order to implement required changes in a timely manner.

Buttle UK is committed to the highest standards in fundraising practice

If your complaint is regarding fundraising and you feel that it has not been resolved by speaking to us then the Fundraising Regulator can investigate your complaint.

You must contact them within two months of receiving your response from us.
